It is one of the best govt sponsored WBBSE & WBCHSE school with large computer room, library, large playground, annual sports activities, auditorium, garden, parking zone etc. Faculties are very good. Both English and Bengali medium education is available here. Non-teaching stuffs are also good. The school has primary, secondary and higher secondary classes.

Location : Jodhpur Park, 1-minute walk from Taltala bus stand
Appearance : The school comprises of a large L-shaped 3-storeyed building and a vast green field behind the building. It has 2 entrance gates. The front porch is nicely decorated. Classrooms are huge and airy.
Purpose : They provide primary, secondary and higher secondary education to students, affiliated under West Bengal board of education.
Suitable for : Students
Impression : The school is one of the most renowned schools in the city, specially because of the excellent top-tier faculties and remarkable laboratory amenities. Students get individual exposure and personal guidance from their teachers, who are always helpful and approachable. The school follows some strict codes of regulation, which instills punctuality and sense of responsibility among the students. This is evident from the large number of toppers and rankers in both Boards and Joint entrance examinations. Overall, a perfect institution to start one's career

The faculties are good. The acedemic performance of the school is excellent. The school has a unique rain water preservation project. The school is well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best school I'd say. Passed my class 11-12 from that school under English medium. Awesome teachers with great in-depth knowledge. If you get chance there, dont miss the opportunity. I dumped my own school (from where I passed my class 10) just to be a student of this school. :-) and of course great memories too :-)

1) Almost 50 to 60% Teachers of this school are not at all supportive
2)The Education system here is very very poor and outdated
3)It may be a good school for the students of Bengali Medium but for the students who are from an English Medium school like me....this school is NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED
4) Although this school offers you to choose English version if you are from an English Medium school like me....but in reality almost more than 95% is in Bengali......
5) Out of 7 periods a day they take only 3 to 4 classes maximum a day and sometimes even 2 classes a day out of 7
6) They don't even provide you the sufficient study material (For English Medium Students)
Like me if you are also from an English Medium school....and planning to take admission here, then based on my personal experience I will suggest you to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL... Because it will rain your school life completely.Better look for a private school if possible.
