★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER EVER BUY from jodhpuri furniture. BIG FRAUDSTERS.
Worst place to buy furniture,they are fraud and big cheaters.
I will give a NEGATIVE rating to these fraudsters who are having 3 showrooms in bangalore.
I purchased dining set from jodhpuri furniture before 6 months.
They delivered very poor quality with lots of cracks on table top, legs as well as chairs which can be seen in attached
photos.
After too much follow up they have given option of one dining table (not chairs) which is not at all matching
with the dining chairs and, once we refused for that, he threatened us to keep either the old cracked dining table or,
the other one which does not match with the dining chairs.
Now, cracks are so widened that the table itself can fall anytime.
Again after chasing them, their carpenter came and told us that these cracks are common in OUR furniture.
Even dining chair cushions are not perfect and one will feel nails while sitting on them.
Their carpenter even took one of the cushion for repairing on 26th feb.2020 and assured us to bring that on next day.
From that day itself, we are chasing them through calls and whatsapp, but finally their owner Amit khemnani himself avoided picking
our calls and responding to whatsapp.
Now, for at least 1 month before lockdown started (from 26th feb to 24th march), they never responded.
If you don't want to waste your money and time, then NEVER visit.
In fact, many of the positive reviews are from their staff or, them only.
This review applies to alls stores of Jodhpuri Furniture since the owner is same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought multiple times at this place and usually the quality of their wooden furniture is good. Unfortunately that’s where it stops. The delivery and after service is poor. They will lie about delivery times and you need to guard against giving advance payment and getting stuck. My worst wait is more than 6 months and the least wait was a month for a very standard off the shelf stuff. If you customise your design, they may even cancel without telling you while your money is stuck and you wait (real incident with me). Excuses range from corona, vehicle delays, factory shutdowns, labour shortages due to festivals (anything other than too many orders) etc. The best excuse I heard was that they had lost the register in which they had taken down my customised design and hence the delay! Tips for buying: buy something that’s ready and would be delivered the next day, inspect before delivery as they won’t send their carpenters later on, don’t customise order unless you are ready to face ever changing shop representatives who won’t take your calls, and you are ready to risk cancellation without notice alongwith lame excuses for delay or cancellation. Refunds won’t happen easily. I waited for a month before ordering something else as I realised they are not serious about refunding the money. However no major complaints regarding their quality of wood or workmanship in general and the usual quirks of wooden furniture can be expected. Keep a friendly carpenter handy to fix those without relying on these people. My latest order was delivered after 6 weeks when they promised it in 10 days. This was a reorder for the order which was placed around a year ago which got cancelled as they realised after 6 months that they can’t make that design. A five star for their quality and three stars taken away for poor service, skipped deliveries and false promises.
