★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is horrible, management is the worst I have ever seen let me demonstrate there is a buffet system for food (if you are vegetarian I think you will have to do on the breakfast) every item offered gets empty after 5 mins then for roti you have to wait for 10 mins and there is no fixed item if something in the buffet ends they will make something new?
The rooms don't even have handwash and basic amenities. But if you love the location and don't mind food and rooms this is a good place to be in it suggested that you go in a group of family to make the most out of the place there are plenty places to play the pool is good but when I went for a stay there a frog was laying dead inside and when we told them to change the water all they did was took him out with net and that's it. The awas Beach is like a private beach cause there are hardly 10 people there but that's for a reason the beach is not clean. The location is great as mandwa jetty is like 10mins from there and plenty beaches around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 2day stay this weekend...it's a nice place for a relaxed weekend ...while the rooms are ok...the ambiance of this place makes up for it..
The pool and rain dance area are amazing...loved it.
D lawn, swing set....are best place to relax ..along with their dog leo.
There are birds...and also a quaint temple area
The beach is just walking distance away !
But the reason for just 3stars is d food...while the breakfast was amazing n solkaadi delicious... The nonveg food esp. praws and curry wer disappointing..
. Over all a good experience.
