★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of Jos Alukkas since its inception in Vizag. I belong to middle class family and hence wanted to purchase good quality of gold with elegant design. Although Malabar has an excellent collection, customer service has been very very poor. This is exactly where Jos Alukkas has a very strong holding. The staff in general are quite friendly and very patiently supportive of the purchase you intend to do.
I would like to mention in particular about Mr Vibheesh, who has always takes an extra mile for his customers. Unlike other salesmen, he tries to suggest you and make you avail the best benefits rather than earning some sales points to his credit. His genuinity makes us travel 100kms just to buy gold in Vizag!
Josalukkas has good collection but the best part is, they make what you order without taking any prior advance from you, and in case, you did not like the end product, they wont force you to buy. This is not very common practice among the goldsmiths. Overall, Josalukkas, fits into my budget with good design and excellent staff.

Mr. Jikson shows the collection according to our taste and he is very patient in showing the design until we like... Our go to jewellery shop ...love to shop in Jos alukkas.. bit pricey but worth it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wandered around 4 shops nearby for my wedding shopping. Some had fewer designs and in other shops the service was disappointing. Here the people were really helpful, the designs were great and we compared with other places the discounts and pricing were excellent too. Saida was a sales guy who gave was wonderful personal service and we visited thrice completing our entire shopping from here. Thanks Saida and Josalukkas.
