Sai had a very good experience in this outlet keep it up buddy and Mr. Kale prasad I think u should learn how to treat customers i never had this much of unprofessional behavior I hope u learn from your mistakes

We liked a thin bangles design here but they don’t have it in the size I wanted so I placed an order & paid advance. The order came on time but the the bangles width was not the one I ordered it was too thick. I was so disappointed & furious as I don’t have much time to reorder. It was their mistake. They accepted it & placed an expedited order and got them in time. Second time the item was perfect. I gave only 3 star because of the hassle I have gone through and the extras time I have to spend. I still gave a 3 star rating because they respected the fact that I don’t have enough time & hog my item on time. Rashid was very helpful in getting the item on time. I will definitely visit again & share my experience again.

Went to buy some coins today.The receptionist directed us to a counter where we get them.However after lot of wait time no one other to attend us.We asked the receptionist again but still we could not get any one to look us.
Frustrated we planned to leave and they saw but not even cared to apologize for the delay or talk to us and explain the reason for the delay.Looks like they are under-staffed which is understandable in certain scenarios .However the way they dealt the situation is bad and I would definitely would not think about visiting again. Finally did our purchase from a competitor where we had a good customer experience
Malabar Gold need to realize that we have nearly 10 other outlets surrounding it which are equally familiar and good and no would come back after this kind of customer experience .
