If anyone wants to start/ resume gym after long time I would suggest you this gym.

1) personal attension of rupesh sir towards workout of each n each persnon
Sply in case of new beginners which is very essential for that??
(In other gyms such attension is called personal training which cost around 3000 to 5000 and so on)
2) lot of space as compred to near by local gyms which ensure to keep social distancing in case of covid 19 and also safe to do workout activities??
3) audio video entertainment through led tv gives stress proof workout??
4) Discipline : obsereved lot of discipline amoung all the joshians regarging personal hygine (carrying shoes sply for gym ,small towel,water bottle) again credit goes to rupesh sir ??
5)diet plan
Rupesh sir always ready and excited to give tips regarding diet ??

One of the best gyms available in Wagle estate.
The best part is trainers attention if he sees someone is doing workout incorrectly or in incorrect form he will immediately walk up and correct it.
Always makes interaction with everyone to know if having any challenges or need any support .
In terms of space it is biggers then anybgyms available in nearly 3 kms .
So if u r planning to start workout this would be the best place with affordable fees.
