★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy Trek with mama tomb at one end and bhanja tomb on the other end. Both the tomb are at a distance of 150 meter with mama tomb at a higher altitude than bhanja tomb. Walkable distance from lokmanya Bus stop. Share auto available from thane station to lokmanya bus stand to and fro @20 per seat. Recommend to reach the top before the sun rise to experience the beauty of mother nature. Do not litter at the top neither at this spot nor any spot. Save the environment. Status as on 30-01-2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mama Bhanja hills are located in Thane West about 400 meters above sea level and adjutant to the Sanjay Gandhi National park-Borivali. It is a great weekend spot for trekking, with serene beauty and dense forest. There are two mountains and on each mountain top lays two Dargah (Tombs)of Uncle and his Niece. You will also find a small lake on the top with water throughout the year.
Ample of parking facility available at the base of the mountain at Lokmanya Nagar.
It is advisable to visit this place during monsoon as you would experience the natural beauty of this place full of waterfalls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view? wow, start ur trek at 6.00 am from entry point to get the best view. The climbing is easy within 1.30hr u will reach at top, make sure to wear full Trackpants it compulsory if u r going in dargah. If u want to have best view reach top before 7.00 am.
