★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Food is ok, Quantity of meal is less.
The Google location is the Registerd address of the owner not the kitchen / restaurant.
I was not guided well to reach the takeaway point
and was delivered the veg tray near the restaurant
so that I could be charged Rs. 140 for the Rs. 80 meal.
The owner also was convincing me for the price difference and justifying herself.
There is clear price value disparity and owner did not follow fair practice in my observation.
I am dissatisfied in my experience.
I visited personally and have also posted a menu price picture.
Clarification.
I have reduced your rating for your inappropriate behaviour with me as a customer.
(1) I was not handed over with any sanitizer, spoon or paper napkin with the Veg tray. So much price difference for packaging is not justified.
(2) The review is independently written by me and they are my view. There no need involve anybody elses names or numbers here.
(3)There was no request from us to deliver the veg meal. I just was interested in reaching the take away kitchen place. I rode my my bike 10 km to find out you take away joint and you overcharged me by my delivering the higher priced packaged meal at 1 km distance as you couldnt guide me to reach the take away place.
(4) Reminding you that google loaction is registered address and not correct location for the take away joint.
(5) I am hurt and I feel cheated. It is my right as a customer to share my experience.
(6) I have written honest critical reviews earlier also.
But no one has reacted like you have. There is a serious need for you to introspect or customer satifaction and service aspects.
And learn to apologise rather than justify and react
This is my honest customer experience.
Learn to accept it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had availed the veg meal for approx 15 days..the food test and quality is excellent. Also the hygiene is well maintained..the tiffin tray is also neatly packed. If you are looking for nice quality homely food..joyfetch is the best option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joyfetch- Premium Vegetarian Lunch Services, situated in Pashan, providing homely meal services. In business since 2017, they provide lunch services for corporates also.
Recently I tried their one of the sample meals. The meal sent was really nice and just like freshly home cooked meal. Usually, the sample meal consists of phulkas, rice, kadhi/dal,sabji, raita, salad and papad.
The sample meal which was sent to me for tasting consisted of Kala chana k sabji, pakode wali kadhi, rice and phulkas. The meal was freshly and hygienically prepared, also packed and sent securely.
Portion of the food was sufficient for one person.
I loved the taste and was quite impressed by the meal.

Well, that's me... and I was fed-up of arranging for customized meals every day. Like, it had become a task for me, till I stumble upon JoyFetch’s services. The owner, Shweta, had herself gone through an inspiring fitness journey. Thus, she not just understood my requirement but even added value to it by her own suggestions. From choosing the right cooking oil, to customizing the quantity… be it, sending it to multiple addresses (for people working on hybrid model) to adjusting the changing diets every week, JoyFetch and Shweta had partnered me in adopting a healthy lifestyle.
PS: The food is so delicious, that won’t feel that you are on a diet ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joy Fetch sent us meals that were a godsend when I had my cataract surgery. Lovely salads. Wholesome dal and veggies. We tried all meals on offer. All uniformly good. And never once did the meals give us an upset tummy. God bless Shweta. Our own Annapoorna. And pure veg - which is so rare to find these days.

Its been 2 years I’ve had food from Joyfetch and would recommend it to any one who’s looking for good food. Duri covid lockdown it was difficult to manage work and cooking but Joyfetch was a gem I found!! Can’t thank you all enough!!
