★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even capable of getting 1 star rating, service is that kind of worst. It seems they don't pay their staff hence they never answer your calls. Daily cut off in network connection. No one is there to resolve your issues. Better switch to some other broadband service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connection is good but 15days of the month they have technical issues and the internet services are down. Thier customer service is really bad, maximum time they don't answer your calls and if they do answer then they don't have solutions to your problem and they just give any lame reason and delay it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm from sion using jrp network I have experience the worst service and customer service from them,they aren't bother to pick up the call, even 5mbps net plan is not that great had restart my router 3 to 4 tym in a day to get my network back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very worst service provider I came across. The Internet speeds are not that good it's OK but the most important aspect of any business which is customer service is missing. The service and the internet connection has been terrible in this lockdown period. They do not understand that it is of utmost importance to provide a stable internet connection especially now as most of the people are working from home & students are having there lectures online it's not possible on the phone data . I have been calling them since the past 2 week regarding the internet disruptions I am facing and they only pick my call and words are " kaha se baat kerahae ho ,Kay problem hai, thike, banda bhej deta hu, 1/2, 1ghante mai hojayega." this are the unprofessional excuses I'm getting to hear. At the time of package renewal they'll call you 100times for payments. They say we'll send a guy and only once in this 2 week there person was here and now they have switched of there phone and even not answering. If this is the way your treating your costumer they we also now how to treat the service provider.Terrible experience. Will not be renewing my yearly subscription with them now I need you shity service just going to ask them for the refund of my remaining yearly subscription. If if this continues then we customers are helpless we need to get a legal process done. This is serious please look into this process.

They do not even pick up your calls. Terrible experience. Will not be renewing my yearly subscription with them when it is up next month.

Wifi allways gone middle time part partly
They said given 10 Mbps speed in our plan but speed always come under 4 Mbps speed.
i send lots of mails in JPR Support (Non ?Support ) Team. But nothing any response from JPR Side
There Technicians also helpless about this matter they cant shotout this issue properly.
And JPR office phone always dead. You can't reach there for any your problem.
So please Don't uses this network service for Network
