★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying there for 2 years as a tenant. Maintenance will be high. I was staying in one of the flats owned by the builder. The builder didn't return my home deposit correctly and they charged more than the agreed 1 month rent deduction.
Without ethics and values - "it doesn't matter how rich you are, how big you are in society - you really have nothing"
