★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner does not stay here, and the agent is very greedy, he will increase the rent in between saying for maintainence or something else, and after taking the extra amount also there will be no cleanliness. Garbage will be thrown here and there, floors will not be cleaned. Water supply will stop in between and you have to call the agent, and he does not pick at twice or thrice, after picking also the water supply will take a long time to resume.
