★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to live. Surrounding and approach roads are dirty and gets water logged whenever it rains. The roads are not tarred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to live . The whole apartment is maintained by nestaway . This apartment does not have bore well water , everyday the security guard checks the water level and calls the water tanker and nestaway people will charge you literally any huge amount that they like for water . The worst part is the locality . It's too inside from the main road and the locality is always dirty especially if it rains the situation becomes worst. The flats are good in this apartment , only thing if it is maintained nicely and if the locality is clean then it will be a nicer place to stay away from chaos and noise from the main road . Facility for parking vehicle is good. N yes the another demerit is it's very close to railway line you you will have to bear with all the noises from train passing by every now and then . Nestaway should look into all these and should try to improve in these areas so that we get a decent place to stay
