No amenities. Lost some branded shoes from the apartment which we kept outside. No security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our appartment is a nice, well connected and well located, stand alone building. Location is key as it is well connected by public transport and markets/shops are very nearby. Rooms are big, spacious (2-3 bhk), 2bhk is approx 1200sqft, having two bathrooms and two balcony, shaded parking. All other facilities like 24hrs water, power backup, corridor cleaning and garbage pickup outside your door, availablity of maid and cook, cctv camera, gated security etc are there. Pollution from main road(noise, smoke, dust) can't be felt here.
There are hardly any cons of this but if you want to nickpick:
1. Building is around 10 years old, so there might be a chance of wear and tear, (like water soaking or some bathroom tiles discoloration in some flats). But building has connection with plumber and electrician to address these issues.
2. Balconies are good sized, full of light and air but direct sunlight will come only for a little time in a day, and there are neighbouring buildings in around 10 ft distance, so the open feeling of the balconies, you will definitely miss out.
3. There are two lifts in the building, but no goods lift(service elevators). So they are of 4ft*4ft*10ft (approx) area. Anything long or big (eg. dinner table, big couches) will have to come up using staires.
4. The entrance from main road (hal airport road) is little congested. Don't take this the wrong was, the lane it self is pretty wide (2.5 lane almost), big water trucks come in daily. But the thing is for new driver with a big car, it could become tricky. The entrance near thalessery restaurant is usually packed up with bikes (swiggy/Zomato) and small trucks and cars. So, even if it is a 2.5 lane inside, it feels like a bottle neck and only single lane to access from outside for the first 10-15 meters.
But I don't think you'll have any problems with that once you are a little adjusted to it. Overall I give a big thumbs up to Sree Charitha Gardens, my society.
