★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in rent, apartment is fine but not the owner. If you're planning to stay in #G6, expect 40-50% deduction of your deposit amount when you leave. You won't be able to full HRA tax benefits as PAN card copy wont be shared with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to stay here on rent think again. Especially Flat 2*3 owned by R****t N**r and M***a M***n.
- if you are a bachelor, owner will demand additional rent if your parents visit the flat
- Apartment has no additional facilities
- No information from the society like water tank cleaning will be communicated to you
- Even though you may pay maintenance to owner on time, owner may not pay it to society. And you wil have to face power disruption for that
- You will pay for parking, but others are free to come and park their cars. Security wont help you out if you complain
- Society will have no safety rules. The other residents may start bursting Diwali crackers in parking lot and security wont care.
- on vacating, owner will do multiple drama and deduct hefty amount from your deposit
