This whole weight loss plan structure is so well organized and executed to perfection ?. That's why so many people are getting benifitted and are turning towards healthy eating. Loved your meal plan❤️.. no starving at all and delicious recipes ?.
Till 2020 I never had weight gain issues and had a very good metabolism.
But from last April after covid infection my metabolism dropped and I gained almost 7 kgs. And for the first time I struggled to lose weight.
But thanks to Shruti, Sadaf, Durga and whole KarismaticU team that with your 7 days plan I have lost 2.8kgs☺️. And now I am on board with you all for the further journey?.
