I got to know about Akhila Soukhya from Instagram and started following for almost an year. Akhila mam herself is such a positive charm who give so much of energy and good vibes. And finally I decided to take up one on one consultation with her to discuss on my PCOD issue and soon after that call I decided I should take up this program to see positive changes in myself and I enrolled for 4months program. Dr.Ayesha is such a nice person first of all and she took all the required details before starting my diet including likes and dislikes to give to diet plan. She is very patient in listening to all the issues or concerns I have and guides me. Dr.Yasmin is my yoga teacher and she explained all the required physical activities so clearly and she follow ups on the practise and helps if any more info is required. I see a lot of changes in myself and I feel so energetic after enrolling to this program and I don’t feel like eating junk these days?. I would definitely recommend anyone who is suffering from irregular periods, PCOD, PCOS to take up the program and come out of the issue, provided we are consistent with out efforts like our dietician and yoga teachers are.

I was suffering from PCOS for 2 years, I had tried medications but nothing seemed to be helpful. I came across Akhilasoukya through Instagram and opted for 2 months plan. Lost 5 kgs and periods also got normal with no medications just with the life style change. Thanks to Kavya and my yoga instructor Dr. Gauri for helping me with proper diet and yoga. I feel so positive and energetic now a days. I will definitely follow and have a healthy Lifestyle.

Hi everyone I have been suffering with LEAN PCOD from the last 2-3 years .I have consulted many doctors but they suggested me only instant results. Actually i got fed up with those medicines and i kept looking for the natural ways to reverse this problem and i am very much delighted that i have met Akhilasoukhya team through my Instagram . Firstly i have enrolled myself for 4 months program. My deitian dr.AYISHA ZAMAN She is very calm and positive person. She helped me in the every possible way to follow my diet,to keep motivated, to manage my stress and the most important thing to BELIEVE IN MY BODY .Under Dr. Ayisha Zaman's guidance i actually got my periods after 4 months for the first time without medicines. After that i have extended my program for further 4 months to treat this problem from the roots . Dr. YASMEEN my yoga expert she is also very helpful and understanding. With all the asanas ,excercises and yoga instructions provided by her my body is feeling freshen up and active and my body is responding well. I have completed about 6 months and now my periods are about to regularise , my stress levels are reduced , my skin is glowing . I am very much thankful to the whole team of Akhilasoukhya .

Akhila Soukhya team is very supportive and they listen our concerns with patience and suggest accordingly. The interesting part is that they give us workout plans, diet and suggest yoga to improve mental health too. They do a regular followup and ask concerns if any. I have got a good progress after joining them. Also I am happy to share this review.

I came to know about akhilasoukhya from instagram. I was suffering from PCOS for almost 1 year, sometimes my periods were beyond 10 days and sometimes i missed periods for 1 and half month. I was worried and stressed every month about start and end of my period , I was afraid that I cannot go without medication. I took 6 months programme in Akhilasoukhya and now 2 months are completed and I am feeling very much light, happy and energetic, feeling trust on my own body. I thank you Dr. Akhila mam for understanding my health issue and giving me belief that everything is gonna be fine soon. Thank you Dt. Ayesha mam for understanding my phsyical as well as mental health thoroughly and prescribing diet plan according to it , I am feeling very enegertic after following diet. Thank you, Dr Gauri mam , yogasana helped me lot , my period is just regular after that and Dr Gauri also sent me videos of breathing exercises when I was suffering from COVID, thank u so much for pranayamas also , this will be my lifelong exercises for good health. First of all thank you team for such a wonderful Diet plan , yoga sessions , meditation methods you have provided. The best part is you first got the info of what kind of food I like and what food is available in the country I am living and provided diet plan according to that. The main reason I have joined the program is to put myself into a good and healthy life style. And yes after 2 months of this course now I can say 'Yes' My lifestyle now is what I wanted . My stress levels are low , my hair fall has been reduced. Thank you bundles..

My Overall Journey with Akhilasoukhya is very good. Dr. Praseetha Ma'am is very helpful and her guidance is excellent. The entire team will always try to be in touch and keep checking the regular/weekly progress. Many a times I have faltered on "To Do" part but team is very punctual and helpful. I'll highly recommend Akhilasoukhya if anyone is looking for a guidance on life style change or good dietitian.
