She is suffering from menopausal symptoms, weakness due to excessive bleeding etc. She is been following the diet plan and also taking supplements for her defienciens regularly . It's been one month and my mother has already started feeling better.

Dr. Calmly listened to my points and took time to discuss on the concerns I had along with explain the most important factor how our diet is related with our body and how it can be improved on day to day routine. Have started following the recommendations given by her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will tell my opinion when I visited here. The diet plan what ever she prescribes is good. But there is a lot of effort from the side of nutritionist for selling amway products(beware). Discussion starts with having suppliments with food, which is way goes to amway product selling. Overall I will give 2/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushma mam is a straight forward person, who quickly comes to point without much talk. She gave me proper guidance on my nutritional needs and her diets are flexible and very much doable without stringent restrictions, i followed her diet to achieve good health and got rid of pcod and happy to continue her advice even during pregnancy. Best part of her program, she does not hesitate to clear our doubts any time of the day, very considerate about her patient even outside appointment hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sushma is very friendly and treat patients like one’s family members. Extremely knowledgeable and aware about latest health issues and precautions to take. We visited for my wife’s pregnancy diet and were extremely happy with the consultation and diet plan, and in general learnt a lot about good nutrition practices which helped us a lot. Glad that we joined Swasthya would highly recommend her to all !
