Managment poor behavior.
Lack of theoretical work implementation in practice.
Good place to learn supervision skill. But not for technical knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JIndal Raigarh is one of the biggest steel production plant in India. Jindal has taken utmost care in house keeping and neatness inside the campus. Housing colonies are also so beautiful. But as a big corporate company Jindal should be responsible for the development of the Raigarh City. Road from Raigarh Railway station to Jindal Company is horrible, the company is there for last 2-3 decades and still there is no improvement. Jindal should learn from Tata how they made Jamshedpur a beautiful city. Hope they will show some corporate responsibility.
