★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I doubt all of high ratings for this project. If you are thinking about investing, go check ground realities. I have been involved as a customer with Aranya City plotted development since 2014 and such reviews and impressive brochures lured me to spend money to book a plot. Since then it has been a nightmare as the builder has not honored the signed agreements and has shown complete disregard of laws of the land and customer’s shattered dreams. They only care about getting your money and after that you forget about getting any return on investment. Possession of the property would be far fetched and you will have to run from piller to post to get the money back.
The advertised awards by the builder are in my opinion just a marketing gimmick.
Save your money and buy something ready to move in.
Check in NCDRC and you will see under 100 consumer cases filed against Raheja within year 2020 itself. Those litigations are due to the reasons mentioned above
