They are just making people fool in the name of affordable housing.
Don't trap their illusions, if you care of your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is good n fine but the crm team is not good. They are not concerned about the customer's time. They stick with there process and a lot of delay in all the processes specially when you ask for no dues certificate. They always say that concern person is not there and it will take some time, more one or two day then again they say the same after two days.
This is totally bad experience when you are purchasing a property and after paying for all the things they are not giving you the things on time.
Totally bad experience.

Pros: 5min from delhi mumbai express way || 30 min. from IGI airport || spacious flat || 5 min Sohna ggn market || 5 min GD goenka school| university & KR mangalam university.

The support staff are very rude and this society lacks basic things, they will charge you for unnecessary thing, no parking available every day you struggle to park your vehicle, no security in the society , cameras are mounted for show purpose you won't get footage if someone damaged your car.
Sarvodaya facility will take payment from you but they will never share the receipt of it. this place is full of scams. it feels like we are living in rented house. please invest your hard earned money to somewhere else.
