★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst residential society one can buy or rent out....I have stayed in a 15 yr old society Maple Heights for a decade and found that far better than this so called Luxury Property.
The flats have perpetual leekage, non existent Club facilities, defunct RWA , and huge maintenance fees.
There is not a single thing which you can praise this society for.
All the positive reviews are from Brokers and channel partners of M3M.
I would suggest to better go for brands like Tata, Mahindra, Godrej etc.
You will repent badly as I am after investing in this sham property

Nice amenities and ambiance complete with clubhouse and swimming and jacuzzi pools
Only downside, the bedrooms could have been made bigger, still value for money I guess, especially for a nuclear family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perpetual seepage everywhere in the complex, Non functional club, revenue road issue, lacks proper maintenance- lift issues etc. The project maintenance is even worst than the budget house complex and prices are exorbitantly high. Do not buy or take a house on rent in this complex. You will surely repent the decision as I have been doing after buying such a poorly constructed house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an okay society to live in. It appears to be big when you get in, but if you live here, you realize that it’s really small. Not to mention the rooms. We have a 3BHK and the rooms are so small that it is infuriating.
The management is severely lacking, during the summers there are these moth kind of insects that swarm the entire place for a period of 3 months because the maintenance does not outsource the insect repellent services. (They save as much money as possible)
The apartments are really doll houses. The architect was probably trying to build a 2 BHK and was forced to make it 3BHK because all the bedrooms are really really tiny, the bathroom(s) are big, but I guess that was important for them. The ground floor properties are made just like the second floor ones. Mind you, if you stay on the ground floor, pretty much you have no privacy.
All in all, I think this place does not deserve more than 3 stars. The management is not good, the maintenance is lacking, the place is small and so on.

All surrounding green and lots of gaming activities like long tinnes swimming pool and many more.
Lots of indoor activities too with club facilities and much more.
Peaceful place to live. Nice apartment. Good for health and life.
