★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my 1st experience in this hospital very poor service no one response properly when we reached they demand advance payment without any check up 1250 I think if we appoint personal dr. At home it is his fees my mom helth condition is no well that's why we think it is big hospital so we get fast treatment but I'm waiting around last 1 hour but no one dr. Came finally we demand for refund my money and the dr. Is meeting with MR who is marketing person.. Never go there the people are thug of pune

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay at Jupiter was very pleasant, comfortable and quite luxurious. I had chosen the single AC room and enjoyed utmost privacy along with wonderful polite staff and attendants. The food was okay, healthy and regularly brought to the room by courteous personnel.
The entire hospital is Air Conditioned and the facilities are upto date. We found it more like a hotel with its well designed garden areas within the building and the room sizes (of the Single Rooms).
The toilets are plush and regularly cleaned by staff almost twice a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's probably the best paediatrics surgery facility in Pune. Advantage is that the hospital is recently constructed. Cleanliness and hygiene is top class. All the OPDs have spacious waiting rooms and sufficient chairs. Booking appointment is very easy via hospital site. And you get a confirmation call for that. There is special feeding room for new moms and babies. I admitted my 5 months old Son for a open heart surgery here. Due to God's grace and operating Dr. Abhijeet Naik's expertise, the operation was successful.
On a side note, this hospital has best canteen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt really great with service, care and especially with the hospitality of the hospital. I would recommend everyone who needs to be cared like family should select this hospital and everyone should try the food highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I delivered my baby here at Jupiter and it was indeed a best decision that I had made. I had a pleasant c-sec delivery experience at Jupiter. The nurses were too good and took care of me and my baby. Some nurses were too good that they treated my baby like their own specialy those at night shifts. I was suffering from Covid when I delivered my baby there but everything was hassle-free and they shifted my to Covid ward which was also very good and had all the facilities that of Maternity Ward. All doctors ensured regular visits even on national holiday like 26th January. Food was also really good and readily available for the relatives too. Rates are comparatively higher so is the facility. Insurance settlement was also hassle-free. The treatment rates vary (means lesser) if you are covered under government medical insurer. The view from my room was ❤️ and I got proper sunlight from morning till evening which is really great and what a patient needs for positive vibes.
I avoided pregnancy related sonography from the hospital as the waiting time is too much and it gets really difficult if you come there with full bladder. Further, rates for blood tests are on higher side. It's better to book online lab tests due to cheaper rates and home collection service at your convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State of the art hospital with good medical facilities. Well organized. Parking available in basement with permission. On the first floor they have a restaurant that serves amazing delicious pure veg meals and well mannered staff always in mask. Good hygiene maintained. Food was fresh and cooked well . Strict covid protocol followed . Felt safe and nice within the premises. As far as treatment is concerned I was just a visitor and was in this place for my breakfast lunch and dinner for 2 days. Reasonably priced.
