★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Umarji Mother and Child care is the go to place when one is looking for an all around care of the mother and later their child as well. Our experience with Umarji Hospital has been very good.
Dr. Chinmay Umarji has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the subject. There wasn't one question of ours throughout the pregnancy he didn't answer. Not one doubt he didn't address. He's not only good at his work, but is gifted with skills of comforting the patient.
After the baby was born Dr. Sambhaji Mahadik and Dr. Ketaki Umarji have been looking after him. There hasn't been a single instance when they weren't reachable for him. Again both of them are extremely patient and answer every single doubt, irrespective of it's nature. Such an approach is especially comforting when your child is sick and puts you at ease.
As far as nursing staff is concerned, I haven't come across a hospital where I have seen such dedication. While we were admitted, irrespective of the time and need every single call was attended and necessary action taken.
Diet is hygienic and healthy and very carefully designed and timings are strictly maintained.
Housekeeping staff is very vigilant and the hospital is extremely clean at all the times.
Lastly the new OPD building is like a feather to the hat. Well equipped, state of the art and patient friendly.
Summing it all up, Umarji Mother and Child care delivers care to the mother and the baby that is par excellence! Thank you very much to the entire team for making our experience pleasant. I highly recommend Umarji Mother and Child care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hospital with skilled staff. I never thought I can give vaginal birth but these people made it possible. Best part is you will get all the things on single place, like physiotherapist, nutritionist, lactation specialist and different sessions conducted by different doctors which will make you aware and mentally prepared for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hospital right after taking a positive pregnancy test. Took an appointment with Dr. Chinmay Umarji. In the first meet I was sure that I want to give birth to my baby here.
I had history of Miscarriage,so proper care n treatment was provided to not to repeat one more.
Everyone supported me to go for a VBAC and I could deliver my baby vaginally.
It was impossible without constant monitoring, motivation and right way of treatment.
Dr. Vikas, Dr Prashant, Dr Vidya, Dr Poonam Bunch of Nurses and Dr Chinmay and Dr Mukta are no less than angels for me. Thank you all:)
The housekeeping staff is above par. Kudos to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Dr. Chinmay having heard such wonderful things about him. He absolutely stood upto expectations and even beyond. The whole team at Umarji is very helpful. Also a special mention to Dr Pranali, the physiotherapist at Umarji. Her pre natal classes are wonderful and helped me stay fit through the pregnancy. Also, there are amazing webinars which are so educational. All thanks to Umarji team for my happy pregnancy and normal delivery.

We blessed with a baby on 1st march. We are very happy with the service, nursing staff, cleaning department, food and everything.
But the issue is there is many extra charges applied, like every day Dr. Promod umaraji came and just check the BP of mom and there is charges are 1500 rs.
Again my wife sugar has gone to 155 on the date of admission, and in entire pregnancy her sugar was normal even after admission day, and because of this they called her diabetic and charged me extra 20% on my package. That is not fair.
I asked them the question, so they said we need to take extra precautions of diabetic mom, but I observed they are only doing sugar test using our own glucometer nothing else.
So, because of this reason I am giving 4 stars
Otherwise everything is too good.
This hospital is not for normal people's.

He is super patient and experienced and you always end up feeling comfortable after a chat with him. All the staff at the hospital are very good. Would definately recommend this hospital.

We would like to thank the entire team at Umarji Hospital especially a big one to Doctor Chinmay. He is the Best.
Appreciate Doctor Chinmay’s attitude and mindset. He is an amazing doctor with an empathetic approach.
Our experience from the start till after care was very positive.
•They have organised sessions and consultation at various stages.
•The online sessions as well as group and 1-1 sessions offered on various topics like diet, fitness, lactation, labour and pain management, role of companion etc. were very informative and helped to clear doubts.
•Hygiene and all the necessary steps during pandemic were taken care of
•Housekeeping visit regularly and assist in case anything is required.
•The whole team at Umarji hospital is extremely supportive and helpful.
•They offer best solutions in your interest to ensure safe delivery
•They strongly encourage having your spouse or birth companion throughout the journey and also during labour.
This makes a huge difference and indeed a lifelong memory ☺️.
I would like to extend my gratitude to Doctor Poonam, Doctor Manjiri, Doctor Pranali, Doctor Vikas and sister Poonam, Doctor Bindu, Doctor Parveen, Doctor Sanchita, all support staff present at the time of delivery, Balasaheb Dada and the entire staff, sisters, house keeping, operations.
I would highly recommend Doctor Chinmay at Umarji hospital.

We would like to thank Dr. Chinmay and his entire team from bottom of our heart for being with us throughout our long journey towards parenthood. The staff and nurses are also very good and we didn't have any trouble. Dr. Chinmay is an excellent human being, very polite, caring and soft spoken. We haven't seen any doctor with such a pleasant personality. The moment you step into his hospital, you can feel positivity all around. His welcoming smile, friendly approach and simple way of explaining the things connect instantly with the patients and make them feel safe, assured and positive about the treatment. He always followed protocol and systematic procedures instead of any hush. He listened to our doubts very patiently and cleared it. He always maintains a calm smile on his face and encourages to face stressful period during the whole journey. Staff is also very positive and calm in nature.
