★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place for kids. They enjoy a lot. Staffs take good care of kids. Lots of stuff for kids to play with. One can drop kids for an hour or two and enjoy shopping in mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untill 6 months back I was really happy with this place but for past few months evrything has changed. 1. There is no one to supervisor the staff, it is left at the hands of care taker who are never attending kids. All of them are busy in their phones or chatting. 2. Visitors ate not using shoe racks and shoes are all over the place making it messy. 3. Contrary to before Nobody managing the place after kids been, and the next visitor will hv no clue. 4. All parents are inside all the time majing it very crowded specially in covid times. good for parents but apparently it was not allowed earliar. But now i guess as staff is busy on phones thwy dont mind parents lookiing for kids themselves. 5. No one in staff wears mask. 6. Sanatizer dispenseo dosent work. 7. The staff is arrogant and ignorant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience we had today .. I went wit my daughter n sister in law’s son.. they r 5.5 n 6.5 years old . My sil’s son got injured very badly. He bleeded so much. They don’t allow parents inside n they don’t take any care or precautions. At the very end we can’t see what kids r doing. There no staffs were there. I m not sure what all things r inside and what’s the standard of safety is present. After the injury his dress also got stained and they called us n we saw them wiping with dettol inside the mouth. They dint even have any other measures to deal. We got so scared by seeing him bleed so much but the arrogant lady in reception was busy collecting money from other clients. They don’t even have basic humanity. We requested another staff please get some ice . Then they got from the next shop. shame on you people and I want everyone to know they r just money minting people n they take no care for our kids . It’s dangerous to leave our child there . I would request all parents to think twice before leaving your child to such barbaric minded people..
