★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst store in kolkata.i have bought one baby cot from this store.they sent me a product with defective mosquito net and scratches all over it.they told me that they will exchange the product but after that they started ignoring my call..the store maneger vishal was not at all helpful.if u buy from here they will make u run for their own fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. They sold me disputed baby cot which I have reported on the same day after delivery. And asked for replacement but they did not respond. Even the staffs dont have any professional behaviour. I would suggest everyone not to visit this store instead shop online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place mentions closing time as 9 PM BUT the staff specially a lady with specs starts from 8PM to close the shop. She is very disgusting and splits bad words with co workers when you are shopping or trying to shop. I could not even shop for my son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever there is an offline store of a brand with a prominent Online presence, there is always a comparison between prices of the products that are there in the store. Unfortunately, this offline store loses in this case. The items are priced not in consonance with the ones mentioned in their online catalog.
There is something not so inviting about the store as well. The products are not replenished and winter offers like 1 on 1, 2 on 1 and 1 on 2, run mayhem. They run out of stocks sooner than later.
The staff is okayish and the new store manager is a good guy. Staff can be well groomed and there is always a room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wrost staff behaviour and no 1 cheaters ..although we buy yesterday above 5000rs product they can't apply proper store discount as per shown in the app verified..they tell us that they no offers on clothing but while searching in the app the same product code there have a huge discount..all liyers and cheaters the staff .. specifically the dark skin colour lady with power glass and sit on the billing table are most rediculos behaviour..i suggest to all don't buy anything from this store..
