★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By the looks of the shop it is a gorgeous place. Extremely colourful. Pricing tends to be on the expensive side. Do remember that none of this is procured locally. Jute handicrafts at cheap rates are available where jute is manufactured else it will be over priced, even in the handicrafts fairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this store today to find all the staff chatting with each other in Tamil. All merchandise thrown around the floor and the staff is busy sorting it out. Very cluttered store. Staff reluctant to assist. Finally when I did pick up a item, It was told very bluntly without even looking at me that it cannot be packed in a box and neither cannot be gift wrapped. Good store, lot of variety, but the over all customer service is poor. I have always visited this store in the past, must say the girl at the country earlier was very friendly and helpful.. I finally walked out of the store. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is good, but the store staff doesn't bother to help with explaining things nor does she know to speak English to communicate with the customers. Most importantly the store does not have a proper card machine to accept card transfers, only cash they accept it seems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop with wonderful artistic bric a brac. I usually spend more than an hour's time in this small shop as it's stuffed with irresistible girly stuff. Initially I wasn't impressed with the service. But as I started frequenting the place with my shopping spree, I get a good service now and at times, smaller discounts too. Favourite shop, a little expensive though. So I'm holding back a star.
