★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am writing about my experience with JV. i went there for get done some digital textile printing work in 2013. i have give them samples which is cost about 8000 rupee. but after few days i went there office to bring my samples that textile pieces were disappeared. they could not fiend out my textiles in their office. i was shocked and that time i was newcomer in Delhi. So annoying, so unprofessional, i don't understand why peoples go there for give them works. they just ruined your time and money. i do not understand how they run their business with unprofessional attitude.

First gave them the sample of hip flask engraving for approval, on seeing that Mr Chadha said its just a day work u give us all the pieces together and will give u back in a day time. We gave them on thursday theen on saturday we checked the status the job was not done, and we further committed our client the delivery of saturday. After speaking with these people we somehow coonvinced our cliient for monday delivery. And then on monday again job was not done, people in the office stopped responding, they were rude. They are completely unprofessional people, i will not recommend anyone to get their work done from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional is the word......professionalism is not that you pay attention only when you have bulk orders.......paying attention to details even with small order is called professionalism. I personally invested my precious time, energy and a good amount of money obviously but didn't get satisfactory results. Above all they were not apologetic too. Hated the service as it was a disheartening experience......won't approach them in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed my order for mug printing set up at my office and they confirmed everything with the quote but after confirming everything they were not able to share any sample and was not replying properly so I decided to visit his office now see after waiting for 2 hours to meet the owner of this firm one of his employees said..sir we cannot take your order and owner is still busy so you have to wait for another hour. I left that place and I dropped some text to the owner but he didn't reverted. Please don't give them any job or else you have to sit there until your work not done.
This is the first worst experience of my entire career. Highly unprofessional and attitude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 500 masks from them, the print quality was okay but they showed me a sample of one thickness when finalizing and at time of final delivery they made the masks in much lesser thickness. When I called them, the owner didn't take any responsibility and just cut the call. Would not recommend buying from them as this was clearly a fraudulent approach.
