★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and product. Hob glass exploded in 4 days of use and the one in warrenty they sent in old one after 3 weeks and infinite followups. The service people say we are helping you with fitting and all as our job is only to sell the hobs. I will never return as their customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gas geyser deal was finalised in 15 minutes on phone. I was given complete information on the phone and then shared pics of the products on WhatsApp. I am using their products like Gas Geyser, Gas Stove for more than 15 years.
As per commitment, i recd the geyser on the same day and technician installed it very neatly on the same day. I would recommend Jyoti Gas Appliances for sure.
Quick and reliable service with reasonable prices.

Patiently explained the entire product range; even took complaints without opposition. Installation was done without any major complaints. I visited their store at kothrud stand.the mam was really very helpful and explained us everything very patiently.mam has felt us welcomed and answered our all questions and given her expert opinion.Even the store owner mr.Desai is down to earth and helpful.he answered all our queries.
Both have very pleasant personality and they were really very make us feel that that are not here just to sell product but build a trust.
The burners are like 3d flames,it helps in cooking food fast.
The glass present on the stove is of premium quality and very thick.stain or water can be cleaned easily.
There were 2 colors -black and white but we liked white color a lot.
I would encourage everyone to visit their store.for experiencing the appliances.
