★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy things from Vijay Sales fake commitments. While billing we were confirmed for stock and payment was done. But after booking and lots of follow up we came to know product is out of stock. After 10 days product was delivered but no installation even at day 6th. Vijay Sales is making fool of people no one is responding for installation. They are good only till billing is done. Best is to buy product from shop which really needs business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took refrigerator for the 1st time from Vijay sales, had a very terrible experience purchasing the product. The refrigerator door doesn’t get close. Complaint raised no update since 3 days, the technician came and advised need to replace the refrigerator. Our request to do it on urgent basis, they confirmed we will receive a call for replacement same day. Haven’t heard back yet. I don’t know why we chose Vijay sales over Croma. So far we took products from Croma with no complaints since 9 years being a loyal customer. First experience with Vijay sales failed and would never purchase anything hence forth

To buy a phone I had to go to the store 3 times because I was giving incomplete information. I was promised a by back on my old phone but because their "system wasn't working" that was not happening either. They make you wait for a very long time before attending you, even after you have asked about it for 3 days straight. Buying a new phone or any other appliance should be a happy experience, and in the end, it was not because 3 days of mine were wasted. I was promised wrong things and the customer service was not good and they were unbothered. Moreover, the 3rd day I went was the last day of the 6000 rupees cash back offer, which I missed because of the stores inefficiency and their refusal to give me buy back offer.
I will never be going there again and I recommend you don't either. Order what you need to order online.
I hope this review helps rather than just criticize. Do not want people to waste three days of their hardworking lives.

One thing I would like to share here , though Salesmen are knowledgeable and customer friendly ,but they need to understand and consider the budget of customers also for selecting best product in their budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought many electronic items from this Vijay Sales Paud Road. Sales service is good. But I have observed few things which if mitigated will help the store for more improvement and add the clientele. There is a staircase to enter the store and further to go upstairs for some products or to lodge complaint about the products already purchased. Senior citizens with knee problem or other coronary issues find it difficult. Providing Lift/escalator will mitigate this problem.
Secondly, billing takes too much time which is often more than the time taken by the customer to select the item purchased. There is no seating arrangement or tea/coffee to compensate the waiting period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large number of electronic items / kitchen appliances are available here. One the specific occasions such as diwali, they also give various offers . Price is good as compared to other electronic stores. service is good. Two wheeler parking is available in front of the shop.

I reached this mall in the morning around at 11 o’clock.
After reaching they assigned one executive for us, I was there for an exchange of my iPhone and to purchase new one.
Mr basurde was our executive.
He started inspection of my iPhone and told me to install Cashify
After download and opening the software he realized that software was servify and not cashify, rather accepting his mistake he put that blame on us that I told you servify ? so he was not sorry for the wrong information he was giving
Ok now next, he started inspecting and told us valuation is 41k
After few minutes he started rechecking and told us valuation is 8k
We were shocked and asked this guy how is it possible so he again put all his skills in inspecting and gave us final price 28k
While he was doing all this I was observing this guy, these people don’t know what they are doing, please stop wasting customers time.
Last went to Tilak road vijay sales they offered me 40k, now tell me how is that possible … ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to buy online for competitive prices. Vijay sales website and store has price difference even when the store might have heavy sales. Better not to fall for it. Staff might promise you things but its wise not to count on what that and reconfirm as many times as possible. Old manufactured piece might be sent, be sure to check and confirm the manufacturing date at the store before hand.
General information about the products is given by the staff, so aspect is okay.
