★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased tv on 13th September 2020 from the showroom. We were got the delivery next day & we were told that in sometime the technician will call you & visit for the installation and/or demo. But no one visited for next 4 days. Again we called showroom & told them about the same. They said they will arrange the demo immediately but again no one called. Again we gave a call to showroom on Saturday then finally they manage to arrange the technician by evening 5pm. He called me but I was out for some work. I asked him if he works on Sunday & is it possible for him to come next day around 11-11.15am. He agreed for the same & then nltill now no one bothered to call or visit.
We thought we would get best service if we buy our tv from Sony showroom but I would recommend to travel few meters ahead of this showroom & visit Vijay sales. They provide very fast service & they do take follow ups tp check if we are getting proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Center has all the Sony Products from Headsets to the 75 inches TV on display for customers. Car park is available for 2 cars only outside the center but in the center's premises. Prices are competitive with that of Croma. Center also has the options of getting the purchase value converted to EMIs there itself at the time of purchase, another plus for us customers.
Center has a 'No footwear beyond this point' policy so wear footwear accordingly.
Center delivered the product promptly the same evening of the purchase. Installation took a couple of day as the next day was Sunday and it seems Sony gives Sunday off to its technical/ installation staff. Center coordinates with Sony for the installation which is a good thing and Customer doesn't have to take on the hassle of installation.
Special mention of Mr. Prasana Deasi who did a great job of explaining the details and differences among the product and guided us for the purchase. Special thank you to him, 1 added star is for his assist.
