Senior sales person were very supporting and discussed all pros and cons, all the procedure, how much time taking it will be everything in detail.
Overall I made a right decision where to invest my saving.

Thanks to the whole team for providing us such a beautiful plot at this location...i will highly recommend everyone to visit there once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 plots with SVB at Amansara Project, Pune. The project is amazingly beautiful, but their Legal Team is extremely unprofessional to get your documents on your Name.
Nobody from SVB will respond your concerns once you pay them. They have TWO faces, Sales Team will act as a Gentle Man before the deal. Once deal is closed and you paid them ; these Gentle Man will not pick your call or avoid you entirely.
You will be tired while connecting them; Sales department, Account, and Legal team will point to each other internally but no one takes the accountability and address your concerns, they will made you tired/helpless.
One day you will loose hope or get them into Legal battle.
After I booked 2 plots with them, SVB asked me to pay Stamp Duty and Registration Charges. I paid within 2 days. After a few days, their Lagal & Sales Team ( Mr. Santosh & Mr. Aakash) asked me to pay these Charges AGAIN just because SVB lost this amount with the Government.
Their Legal Team doesn't know the correct processes to deal with the Government Rules and regulations.
There are many instances, where I regretted on my decisions for being with SVB.
Guys, be careful while falling into their traps.
All the best to them who are already into their Trap. May God give you more strengths while deal with these people.
Now, I can just hope to get my money back from SVB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property registered with SVB are truely genuine but the builder and his Team especially Sales and Legal Team is absolutely unprofessional.
I lost my Stamp Duty and Registration charges just because No ones in SVB knows the correct process.
I would Not recommend to opt SVB for your any deal.
If you really cares about your hardly earned money go and find out more legitimate firm in the market . SVB is Highly Unprofessional in the market. You will Only Regret to forward with SVB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont suggest anyone for this builder. Be careful while choosing SVB in the Market.
Specially, their Sales folks are terribly FAKE. They will talk about all False promises. They are very quick at the beginning to show you all projects.
Surprisingly, the ignorance will start when you paid off them for the property. Now, they will STOP answering your call and acknowledging your emails.
SVB should be your last option If you dont find better than SVB in the market. Make sure you record all promises/communication or transactions over Email (as a strong evidence) - they are very good avoiding Email/written communications.
Their other department like Account & Statutory are incredibly awful. You wont get your documentation done on time - it will be delayed/ignored by Years (not even months) or intentionally force you to pay TWICE/THRICE some huge govt. charges.
I did give-up after 100s of follow up with them. If you have a lot patience, then you can think of SVB for any purchase.
Pathetically, POOR SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the name SVB Realty that first attracted me to come here and to personally look at these plots and then secondly I realized that the staff and the owner Mr. Shrenik is a reliable source, the SVB Realty. I didn’t get that gut feeling about the other ventures as I felt about this particular company I don’t know why I just got into it. I think within week’s time I was able to decide about one plot and today is a great day for me because I am coming right from the registration office to register the second plot in Amansara. I think we should blindly go into purchase because the title is clear and everything is clear. It’s a beautiful company and I have a beautiful plan. Need not say much it is something great and wonderful, beautiful, the serenity the land and all the staff they been very supportive and that’s what made easier for me. They call me up every time I need their help and all that adds when you plan on buying a plot because you don’t want to buy any tension and pressure, you want to buy something that is worth wile, valuable and something that’s going to be prosperous, healthy so that’s my motivation and good luck all of you.

Initially I was not interested in discussion with them, But after seeing the site and location, I felt this area is developing very fast with lot of good industries around. I will suggest you plz visit once the site. Considering all this good advantages, I felt in future this land will have good value and another reason is its a small investment currently, but in the future this land will have good value and bring good returns. Particularly location is very nice and after coming here i got to know this site is going to come under new development area and good upcoming developments such as roads and highway close-by, considering all this factors and site location I felt very happy to invest. I am very thankful to SVB Realty management, customer service, behavior,coordination and Customer relation!!
