a.) They will charge huge deposit amount (nearly ₹1950 now, previously ₹1750) for a cylinder & will refund only ₹800 if cylinder is returned before 1year of the connection & ₹600 if returned in the second year. They will not specify this while opting the connection but will not pay back full deposit & will keep asking to call owner / company people for clarification on such weird policy.
b.) They will charge ₹950 now (previously ₹900) as refilling charges for a 12kg cylinder, which is very high as compared to Indane / Bharatgas etc.
Opting for Jyoti gas is a mistake. Better to go for Indane / Bharatgas connection which is very easy to get these days & is quite cheaper as compared to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am purchasing private 18 kg cylinder and to my experience of purchasing twice within 3 months having cooking only food for two, once a day. I am convinced that some malpractice, mixing is being done here, for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, they say half an hour and then dont pick up phone for 2 hours and even if they do .. they let their child to pick up the phone .. and as a customer of course we cant say anything to kid.... therefore, think twice before taking service from them.
