β β β β β Wonderful experience! It gives you a nostalgic feeling. Had my sister's wedding over year and got appreciated by everyone. At the heart of the city with lucrative package, this venue can be a must visit.

β β β β β The behaviour of the manager is not pleasant at all, very unprofessional like. His attitude was like that, this place is the only place for wedding in Kolkata. The staffs are uncooperative and unprofessional in nature. Small parties are Ok. Not wedding. Make Sure you have a plan-B before booking this place otherwise you will be all on your own. In short don't book this place. No amenities at all. Non functional A.C.'s. washrooms are not clean. Total Wastage of people's hard earned money.

β β β β β The manager, Ranojoy Ghosh is very rude and most importantly doesn't provide with any money receipts in spite of asking for it time and again. Beware of him as he says nominal charges at the time of booking and then demands another 80K in the middle again with nothing documented which helps him to change his statements time and again and plain refusing to the statements he made earlier. He provides services, included in the package as if he is doing a favour to the client. His decorators and florists are equally rude and takes money without even completing the work. Not ready to customise the decoration as per client needs and forces to opt for tacky designs. We didn't get clean washrooms in spite of paying sweeping charges. Do not book the venue for marriage.

β β β β β Received least cooperation from the management during the wedding. Wouldn't have given one star also. ACs don't work. Connections trip incessantly. The bathroom water drainage is improper. It floods the passage of the venue where people move. Just imagine the smell dirt and filth. Harsh behavior of the staff. They are irritated if you ask for any assistance. I don't know what more to say but would request everyone to refrain from hiring such a venue.

β β β β β The only reason why this place is still favourable is due to it is location and good property.
1. Print wedding package pamphlets that will help the customer to chose or customize or have clarity
2. Mention Clearly about "hidden cost". Last minute cost related surprises are absolutely unpleasant
3. Try to LISTEN to customer and understand what they want
4. Dont confuse customer with different statements. They are investing hard earned money.
5. Please share receipts with every transaction.
You have immense scope of generating huge business. Please focus on that.
