★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word to describe this venue would be filthy. It's dirty and all the floors reek of uncleaned bathrooms and the narrow stairwells are equally disgusting. Went for a wedding but do not wish to return to this abomination of a public venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well decorated place perfect for communal functions. The building is three storied and the 1st floor is most nicely decorated. The place is big if I count all floors together but it depends upon the purpose for which someone is booking the place... Truly the place is not fit for big budget weddings but a better option in the local area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location on the arterial road leading from Dhakuria bus stand across the railway level crossing.
The rooms are spacious and look presentable with a fresh coat of paint.
However, the washrooms are downright unhygenic with no basic amenities provided or properly cleaned. There is no lift and the upper floor, generally used as a dining area, has no airconditioning.
The place is also not wheelchair accessible.
Worst of all, the door to the fire exit is padlocked ?
