★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Engineers are good, tallented and their way of talking is also very good, but billing staff is not good, their way of talking is rude also wasting lots of time and billing person don't have talking skills how politely we should talk with customers. Hopefully jyoti motor will take care of this thing in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service registered at 2:11 pm today after waited two hours still not serviced my bike then i came from there… still they told me wait for few mins more so why we are going to service at hero service center. Now I’m not go there local shops is good for better service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience that I experienced in my life. I went 3 time to their service department for my motorcycle's service and I told the problem to the expert but unfortunately i notice the same problem. Also, the attitude of staff member on the workshop was too rude.
