★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of the shilpam staff is very rude . Always there is a problem of change of you but anything from there. Day before I sent my peon to purchase 6 packets of chores at 5.10pm , the staff refused to give it to him, saying that they were shutting when the official time is till 5.30pm. It's only that when I put the dear of a complaint into him did he give what I wanted. If such is the case whose going to purchase from you. Terrible attitude. I think when the committee members don't bother to take up the matter seriously since after so many complaints iv never received any feedback. Customers are taken for granted.
