His class is fun and at the same time he really pushes you. he is also very attentive and will adapt his exercises depending on your level and what you need. I need to loose weight and he incorporated a lot of cardio to help me. K.B Flying Fitness Studio has a delicate touch to help you stretch more. I feel completely recharged after his class.
