★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience...In the first meeting the sales person (Yogesh) quoted 2bhk price 63lakhs but he said if you can give us 14 lakhs cash then we can negotiate and you have to pay only 60lakhs. Straight way we told him, we will never give him/or anyone cash even if you give us flat on 50lakhs then he became so rude to us. Very bad sales person experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s like exactly what I wanted. I have been hunting a perfect flat with all amenities throughout the Pune, but what K offers us a bigger, lavish, royal and luxury home than other builders. Also the booking process with Ajay and Shubham sir is really good. I think if K-City delivers what they have promised then they will be the renown township builders of Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good carpet area with good price. the flooring tiles has the texture of wooden floor which is highlight and not slippery. the best part of the project is you will have two entrances keshavnagar and manjri road.. and good locality with all facilities just on mainroad.

As I was looking for my first home so it should be special so the name K city needs no introduction in real estate world.
The construction quality interiors spaciousness amenities landscaping everything is superb!
We visited for 3 bhk apartment as 1000sqft with quite good pricing of 83 lacs inspite of good location and all the basic to luxurious amenities.
For anyone willing to invest in a luxury urban living
This is your place in pune can assure you that it's worth investing.
Go for it without second thoughts.
