★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well stocked, multistorey shop for ceramics and sanitary ware. Multiple options are available catering for different segments, varying from the very basic to high end. The staff is very proactive and helpful. The only negatives are absence of parking space and a very cramped lift!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to buy the tiles. They will simply mix up and write the names which makes no sense. And send different pictures. And deliver and argue that they written the right name. They mixed up three different tiles. Not one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not have a very good experience. The staff is not friendly nor informative. Their prices are not updated. The catalogue has a different price but the price claimed by them isn't the same. Not well stocked for a showroom. Pretty disappointing experience for an Architect. They even wanted us to go pickup the product from the warehouse. Definitely not customer centric..
Also they ended up give a wrong model which was cheaper. Definitely not the model which was chosen by us. Horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought tiles as well as jaquar items from this store. They took 5 months to deliver the products. I don’t recommend them. Even After making full payment, they don’t Honor their word. unprofessional people with no accountability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day before yesterday I purchased Jaquar, Cera & other brands for bath fittings.
They said 20% discount on the items. Bills are settled and items received. Then we found, they charged as 18% GST after 20% discount. So finally got 2% discount from the MRP.
on the other brands, found the MRP on the items are very less which i paid (15% more) for that. So finally they sold the very old stock items with the new price.
very good business tactics they are doing. better they can say there is no discounts. In the name of discount they are loosing trust/dignity.
one item returned and took other item. GST amount is not return for that item.
need to be very careful other wise hard earned money will be lost in this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealers of Roca and Jaquar sanitary ware. Excellent customer service and very responsive to help me out with a product that I had bought almost over 5 years back. They have a wide range of choices in every item that you can imagine in a bathroom. I loved the choice and the place is located on the main road with decent parking space to spend time at the showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you enter they welcome you well and collect your requirement. Most of the product are not available as they are more in to supplying in large number. If you have selected based on there catalogue and they will insist on you paying in advance. If you are not sure of the product and don't want book it then there polite attitude turn agressive. They start arguing with you and will be bent on you making the advance. Since you have not actually seen the product and if you ask them if it would be possible to change after making the advance as it is not what you expected, they would stright away decline and say "we got this because you wanted". They will keep insisting that you make an advance else you will not get the product anywhere.
With you gut felling you book it and the product is never on time. When the product arrives they will inform that the product has arrived and if don't pick it immediately then it would given to a new customer who might come looking for the same product.
Highly not recommended. If you go down the road you would 10 different sellers offering the same products.
