★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t book appointments on phone and they say no appointments as of now so they will ask us to walk in make us wait for hours. They want the entire crowd in their waiting area for hours for scanning. They don’t prioritise on request. Their standard dialogue is “please wait other patients are in queue”. Very unethical and unprofessional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had booked for my 20 week's pregnancy scan.
This was my third scan at Raashi diagnostic Akshay nagar previous two scans I was really happy the way the doctor treated me.
This time the doctor was Mr Suresh Davangere who was really rude to me and to the other staff .
I am really dissatisfied with the service offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave sample for test and tried calling them they didn't even respond and even the result is not rdy even after waiting for soo long. Atleast informing us would have helped. Such bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of Jan 11th, 2022, Karnataka government has capped the Covid RTPCR test rates at Rs.500 for testing done at private labs, and Rs.750 for home collection. But this centre is adamantly saying that they will charge Rs.750 for centre tests and an extra amount for home collection.
I requested the reception to test me at govt mandated rates, but she bluntly refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it was good facility, (2019), but visited last week and to my horror the person at the reception was not wearing mask. Also some lady (seems like blood collector) wasn't wearing mask either and coughing. I just came out without getting any test done. Hope this review alerts them to pay attention to maintain hygiene and no intention to hurt their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had called in for a scan to be done and they asked to come by 5pm. I went there at 4:45pm and waited till 5:30pm but still the doctor who was supposed to do the scan didn't turn up. There were 8 people waiting in the queue and I heard from one of the patient tht the doctor never turns up on time and always shows up too late. Rashi's it's high time you look into this matter as during pandemic time we were asked to wait for an hour.
