★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. For name sake its just a Lab. Very worst staff will not respond properly at the reception itself. Will make you to roam many times for report will not provide on the time mentioned. Dont try to visit ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They don't give reports on time, they simply give fake promises while collecting money later they don't even respond for our request. Staff is least bothered to respond having a doubt whether they have a front desk or not whenever asked for a reply never I have received it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay in Brigade as Rashi Diagnostic is near to me so I walked in, but how they treated me was too bad. They don't have such a basic sense to treat patients well. They are back of money nothing else. I was not getting their language in which they were speaking something and all in front of me, it sounded like malayalam language. I dont care for what they were speaking but they dnt know to respond and greet a patient, had a very bad experience. And coming for the price they charge a lot for each tests, omg ECG cost is too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very disappointed by Rashi Diagnostic never expected such a worst experience by this lab. If asked I would never recommend anyone for this lab. They treat you differently before booking appointment and differently after booking appointment. Least responsive staff. If asked any doubts with the receptionist they easy say "Sorry, I m not front desk" If so called staff is not front desk then why is she there at that place not able to clarify doubts. If so called receptionist is not front desk if she is a dental assistant or something else I don't care when she is been seated at front desk she should be able to clarify the doubts or assist someone else instead treat rudely as if we should agree or can live. How can I come to know that she is in which posting there as if I m a God to realize earlier that she is not a receptionist but a dental assistant. Really never ever step here you will end up wasting your money and time more over your precious health. Dnt believe the paid reviews which is been posted by the staffs itself as a customer.
