★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rashi generally does a good job of providing at home collection services. They also provide results in a timely manner. Girish, who came home this morning, was highly responsive and courteous.
One area of improvement for Rashi would be to ensure at home services are scheduled and followed through properly when we schedule through WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience as the staff least bothered about their patients. World is aware of this contagious diseases, and this raasi diagnostic centre which is locates in banasawadi,bangalore are not least bothered about their patients. The fact is myself i visisted this disgusting diagnostic centre on 14 jan at 1100hrs for RTPCR test which is supposed to get the result by 24 hrs ,but till 15th jan 1900hrs myself did not receive the result. If we believe these kind of diagonistic centre patient will be bed ridden for ever,so coustomers if you want to survive please dont visit such kind of digonistic centre they are only behind money thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heavy waiting time, for a simple blood test they make you wait atleast 40 mins even when the blood sample collection room is free...they just want you to wait. No ac, no fans for patients....you suffocate....so people cannot wear masks....no covid protocols...worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have been visiting Rashi diagnostic center for blood and other tests for nearly 10 years. We find this diagnostic center the most clean, equipped ,well organized and very accommodating to their customers. Well recommended diagnostic center as they even sent the reports via whatsapp which make it very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for home collection of blood , and the representative who came was prompt and courteous. He did the job quite efficiently. And I recieved the report within an hour and half of blood collection. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timely home collection of samples and very quick turn around on the reports. I was promised same day reports by evening, however, received them way ahead of time. Overall experience with Rashi diagnostics for home collection as well as Naraynapura center visit in some cases has been very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have choosen still lower star if i had an option. Very worst experience. Really dnt opt for this lab just by thinking that they have branches so they would provide a better service, it's totally wrong. Only money minded, they don't treat the patients properly once you are booked an appointment you are treated badly as you will be paid the money prior itself so you don't have other option other than moving out by simply paying off. And if you have any queries or complaints to be informed it to the head sorry you will not be allowed, they will make you to sit for hours just to wait by saying mam is busy she will call you but to be frank they are not ready to face their mistakes so they just make to wait and wait for hours and finally to live on your own after waiting for hours. They don't follow the protocols also if questioned they would respond in way as if we don't have any rights to question it.
Didn't expect such a unprofessional behavior at the head branch itself.
