★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled from Ahmedabad ctm to Mumbai panvel in Pune going bus on 22 Dec 19. I was not having reservation so I boarded bus on route at ctm express highway approx at 5:10pm. I have paid RS.600 fare and provided Seat which is called VIP SEAT (it's comfortable) which is in last middle passage. When I ask the person in bus for blanket he told me blanket is not provided to onboard passengers. While I call there office today to query the same the person on phone asks me the bus number he says that if u have online reservation we can identify the bus later he said me to call tomorrow saying that now I don't have time to speak. Guys think thrice while u travel with such bus or u can suffer with heavy cold like me and will need to have rest for 2 days. Even they don't make a courtesy reply for emails which I send them twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus is Punctual with their timings & was clean from inside and outside both..
Blankets and Bedsheet was neat and tidy.
They also provide a bottle of water complementary.
All the AC vents and Charging ports were working fine except the light..
However their is no LED screen for Watching movies.
Overall a good experience to travel with Kabra Travels..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services always lost in every dealings of parcel booking wrost service no. Right to work in tvls parcel booking services. No reply poor response no call attending on complaint. Ignored calls wrost people wrost service. Always delivered broken mtls even in good packing we booked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Journey from Ahmedabad to Pune was really very comfortable.
It was punctual, Both pickup and drop was on time.
Very well managed.
Busses are extremely neat and clean.
Amazingly well maintained new busses.
First Aid Kit, Wifi, Blanket and water bottle available.
The owners daughter herself had come to check the whereabouts of the bus and customers satisfaction.
Systematic check list is to be filled by the driver before starting the bus.
Best Service at affordable prices.
Would highly recommend.?
