★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is im good condition right now. But it should be maintained properly. Especially the play ground for kids. I have observed many times that many older children were playing in the slides for younger kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good place for morning walk/ jogging and children's park. There is one temple of lord Ganesha and lord Shiva. Place is clean and well maintained. You can come with your family/friends for hanging out. It opens at 7am and closes at 10pm. It remains closed in afternoon between 12pm to 4 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearest location from my house. Whenever I get time I go for walking. Chilling with friends. We had lot of conversation, chichat with friends. Aged people come for walking or to visit ganpati temple. Kids playground and workout section is also there. I feel good when I visit bappa temple. Government improving this garden every year by year. Now new part of this garden is selfie point. Creativity is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best lakes in Thane, the City of Lakes! Also one of the major landmarks of Thane city. Not sure if Kacharali Talav is as big as the Masunda Talav near Thane station, but it's large enough.
A Ganapati temple is located in the lake compound.
The lake's entire circumference is lined by trees. A motorboat ride is available and it doesn't cost a bomb.
The walkway around the lake attracts a lot of walkers both in the morning and in the evening.
A number of cute, adorable stray cats is another attraction. One can feed the cats if one wishes to. There's also a pair of ducks.
Maybe because it's located just next door to the Thane municipal corporation, the lake doesn't have the nuisance of bhelpuri stalls.
A truly peaceful, tranquil place in the heart of the city.
