★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST SERVICE EVER...My friend had a photography exhibition and hence had taken test prints from this place before. They had quoted the rate of the sheet she had selected as 40 rs per sheet for bulk print. But never kept their word and charged her 80 per sheet.They also charged her for the sheets they misprinted. How does a change in color mode to RGB cause the ink in the printer to spill on the sheet???? That is what they told her..rebuked her and since she was not aware of technical of printing got robbed by these people. She sat there from 6 to 10 pm for 60 prints. Seeing someone in need and exploiting them is what they do just because they think their prints are world class. Obnoxious robbers!!! please I would advice against going to Kadam Printers in Narayan Peth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience. Do not print here, i repeat DO NOT!! wrong color calibrated monitors and printers. Magenta and yellow color bleeds all over your photos and they can't even properly cut the printed photos. Don't even get me started on the bindings. They didn't even bother checking with us after we complained about the prints. AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE!!

I had a Job to be done on which I was confused about type of Printing To Be Done, I seeked the advice of Mr.Kunal & Left It upon him, The Job He delivered understanding my need was amazingly Good !!! Totally Worth The Money. They Have Good & Huge Setup That Results In Good Quality Work. Some Types Of Printing Job Done By Them Are Not Available Anywhere Else. Highly Recommended. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Really helpful and Professional employees. Rates are very competitive as well. I regularly visit this place even though it is far from my place because I haven't found anyone more reliable, cost effective and professional than these folks. They print, laminate various types and sizes. You can call and ask if you have any doubts. They are also very prompt to answer calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is extremely bad. Being a design student, I understand that not always the same color is going to be printed. But they prints were extremely dark. They blame it on you, even when they know they are wrong just so that they don't have to put money from their pockets for reprinting. I printed one book on Saturday and another on Monday. The difference was only the font size. Despite of showing them physical proof of the documents, they didn't understand. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Had to give one star to write the review, when they don't deserve any. Very expensive, non cooperative people. Don't respect and value the customers. Terrible terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are not professional at all. You have to wait a lot. I went there to get my prints done and ask for quotation, the person who was responsible for this was not courteous enough to respond. He didn't even talk to me was very unprofessional.
Their process is ultra slow. The staff was courteous though.
I shared my contact details to get the quotation and they told me that I will get response by EOD. I called their shop next day as I didn't get any mail from.their side. The receptionist told me that they will ask their boss(the same guy) about your case. It's been more than a week and no response from their side. I went to other shop to get my prints done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. The staff don’t know what they talking about they are giving random quotations without even checking or knowing the prices. Very rude while communicating. Bad printing had white patches on my art print and their cutting was uneven and badly cut. When I went to show them their uneven cutting they told me it sometimes it happens and then I asked how can you fix it they just turned away and ignored me while I was still standing there.
Will never go here again pathetic place with rude people.
