★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a super clean and well managed place. Free Vaccination as well as free RT-PCR tests are available and handled very quickly and efficiently. For RT-PCR test, there is a separate window at the rear of the building so you don’t need to enter the main reception. Report is sent via sms 24 hrs after sample collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncivilized staffs. Don't know how to behave. Even a doctor is not able to communicate in English or Hindi. Go and blast on them, then they will listen to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Govt provided vaccination centre for kids. But staff behaviour is rude. They decides everything who gets vaccine and who will not. It appears like they are bearing the cost out of pocket.

I needed RT-PCR for my domestic travel. I visited the UPHC, on a Saturday, at 11:05 AM. There was a queue. My sample was collected at 11:49 AM. I received the RT-PCR report/SMS the next day, Sunday, at 6:37 PM.
I dearly thank the staffs, who appeared to be bored out of their minds, and yet patiently handled the people who speak broken-Hindi and cannot read OTPs from their phone.
Nevertheless, they misinformed the public on when they will receive the RT-PCR report/SMS. One staff said two-days, and then some other staff said three-days. This created confusion and panic among the crowd.
The UPHC is exactly opposite to the railway station, adjacent to Mayura Bakery. You cannot miss it.

Please i request to respective departments to look into this matter and brief staff accordingly how to talk with people.. i never seen like this kind of nurse anywhere...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very badly organised vaccine place. I went there got vaccinated. I kept asking for certificate. But they said I will receive a message and certificate in sometime. But my vaccine certificate didn't get generated. Now I have to go again to get it sorted. Very rude behaviour by staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is very irresponsible in case of RTPCR test. They are simply collecting sample and not providing results in proper time. As they said we should get the result message in 48 hrs but even after 72 hours we are not receiving it. When we visit the hospital for same reason they are just saying it's not possible to give result. What's the point of testing there.

Place surround hospital needs cleaning.
Covid testing center needs lot of improvement, hygiene not maintained.
Facility can be improved a lot...
Typical government hospital where basic needs are not maintained.
Need lot lot improvement.
Government must concentrate on these primary health centers....
