★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to serve good food and coffee. But since my experience of 3-Nov-2019 I will never be visiting this place.
The hospitality is zero. They might have changed chef and the food taste has gone down drastically. Their Staff is very rude.
We said to waiter that the quality and taste have changed (being regular customer we knew how things taste there). Waiter replied as "aisa hi hai... Aap ko aane hai to aao".
I guess what, I am not visiting this place again.
The Hot coffee was my regular beverage but it's now totally just hot water and nothing else.
Instead of Kailash I would suggest Mysore Cafe which is exactly in front of it on opposite side of road because that I what exactly I did with my haft empty stomach that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food for quick bite. Packaging material for takeaway is also environment and health friendly. I like that.
I suggest this place and people providing service can be more tidy. You should also start accepting digital payment methods such as credit/debit cards, digital wallets etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among old places in Nanpura it has a branch on Athwa lines road near College. The quality of sweets is choice to Makhanbhog and Chhapanbhog. The Nanapura joint is good place for snacks like Kachori and Gulabjamun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best sweet Shop in Surat. It has lots of options to choose from, whether sweet or namkeens. Whether, dry fruits or chaats. Chole Bhatoore one of the classic product along with other chaat options. All guideline for proper hygiene maintained very well.
