★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the pace. Frenshies has grown but still more variety required. Quality of ice Cream are excellent but still much more need to create a big brand. Need more shops in Surat. Aslo need electronic payment mechanism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but they can improve the presentation of the product. They use regular plastic disposable glasses to serve milk shake they don't have any trendy and good looking glasses for milk shake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice creams were good. But beware. The person on the counter will start making ugly faces when u ask to taste more than 3 flavors. That's the worst thing you can ask for when paying 60 to 80 rs per scoop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must have Guava ice cream with Chilli powder. ??????? I loved it. Very few ice cream shops in Surat have Guava+chilli powder in their menu.
You can taste any ice cream(s) before you order one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behaviour ever. I had a toddler with me so it took longer for me to order. I asked him to give me taster of two flavours so that I can decide to buy family pack of one of those flavour. The person replied so rudely that he cannot give me taster and started to fight with me in SUCH A LOW CLASS TONE AND WORDS and INSULTED ME AS IF I AM THERE JUST TO TASTE AND NOT TO BUY ANYTHING. I couldn't stand with it as those are not my standard and left the shop silently. I saw that people visiting this place are from quite good society, I can't imagine that how could anyone with such down market behaviour and language can run business in such good locality.
