★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disastrous Experience with this showroom. They delayed the delivery of the selected tile by a month, demanded upfront payment, and then discovered that they have the wrong design and the tile actually selected is not in stock. Wasted time and money for over a month. Unprofessional and callous attitude with no sense of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent collection. But most things that I liked, were not in stock. After that, they just made me and my interior designer cry by the continuous torture of delaying the delivery. They charged for a full LCV, while they scheduled delivery through pooled vehicles. I paid 100% on a Friday, and I was told it will be delivered the next day. They advised that I say ground floo delivery so that it is prioritised. We arranged labor only for this task. They called twice on Saturday stating the tiles will be delivered by 5, then 7, and finally said it will be delivered on Monday. On Monday, we kept on waiting. But no call. I spoke to the sales person, Jesus Sharma, who tried to be helpful, while crying that it's not in his hand. By 6:30 pm, they had called off the delivery, citing that we said it will be late. Fact is, we said that in our complex it will be difficult to take delivery after 7. I spoke to one Purushottam Lakhotia, who gave me Mrityunjoy Jana's name. I called Jana, he was most lackadaisical and rather abrupt. He finally said that he will release the goods first thing next morning at 11. Till 2:30 we did not get a call. Around 4:30 I called Jana, who said that he had released the goods, without telling when. When I grilled, he said that he will call and find out and revert. After that he stopped taking my calls. Finally when he took the call at around 5 pm, he was downright abrupt and rude and said his people have been in touch with my people and cut the phone. Anyway, after a lot of wrangling by my interior team with the driver and delivery worker, the goods finally reached at 7:00 pm. For this purpose, two days of civil contractor and labor charges were incurred. My project got delayed by 3 days, which added to my cost significantly as we are staying in a service apartment, for this renovation project.
I have noted the responses given by the Karnika team on Google reviews, and they seem to be a cut and paste job. I don't think Rahul Mohta does not know about his dwindling post sales reputation, and I will ensure he knows about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, 12th Dec 2021, we went to the showroom around 12 pm to buy tiles for our balcony. Upon entering the showroom 4 staff were sitting and gossiping. However, we mentioned our requirement and then extremely half heartedly, 1 staff walked aimlessly towards their collection and showed a few designs. While we were discussing our concerns, he merrily walked away and took a cup of tea and went and joined his colleague and merrily started chatting. When i confronted him, he very disrespectfully told 1 of his juniors to attend to us, who was also standing with a cup of tea and was just whiling away time. When we complained, there were 2 other customers standing there who were facing the same issue and complaining of negligence too. There are many other showrooms for tiles .... Kajaria is not what it used to be earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in The Em Bypass it is the biggest outlet of Kajaria.It caters to all your bathroom needs from tiles to wash basins and bath tubs all of which are exclusive.It has so many varieties of all the requisites of a modern bathroom .Apart from that they have some showpieces,vases , cutlery ,wall hangings and paintings on display .These are not Kajaria products,they have outsourced it .You will love their display and they have made very good use of the large space .The sales personnel are very helpful.They do not store the tiles there and they do not have same day delivery options.Prices are high but if designs are exclusive you have to shell your pocket ! They can have display of kitchen accessories and other interior products .They do bargain a bit and that depends on you .Nothing fixed .I got a good deal as I had already made comparisons at other outlets .No designs match with other display outlets .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. We received 'lilac marble' tiles 50% broken. We took the photograph of broken tiles infront of the delivery person they sent. And shared the photo with the concerned sales person who dealed with us. He assured us if required he will replace new tiles boxes with the broken ones. As our work started delayed, crossing 15 days they denied completely. Our flooring job is temporarily stopped due to unavailability of intact tiles. Being trapped we again purchased few boxes from them and requested the workers to reuse broken pieces in the corridor. Now we're blaming our ill luck to choose Karnika.
