This for people who don't want plush ambience or nice area & just want very tasty food in a pocket friendly price! They have both South indian & North indian food along with few Chinese dishes. The staff is very courteous & service is quick. The quality & quantity is just apt. Everything tasted very yum & fresh. Its definitely a nice place for a quick lunch or dinner. We tried: 1. Masala Dosa 2. Ragi dosa 3. Pumpkin burnt garlic soup 4. Veg kurkure 5. Paneer manchuria 6. Chocolate Milkshake 7. Paneer starter My favourite was the authentic masala dosa & ragi dosa. Generally no one likes ragi dishes much, but this was very good & worth a try!! Many people who ask me good veg restaurants in and around South bangalore, this is the place to dine next!!

Recently dropped down to this restaurant on my friends recommendation for a Saturday brunch. The ambience of this place is quite comforting and the staff here is very welcoming. We started off with some butter dosa, papdi chat, orange and pineapple juice. They were all so good, specially the butter dosa one of the best I had in a very long time. Then we ordered some starters specially curated by their north indian chef, namely grilled garlic paneer, cheese seekh kebab, peas cheese cultet and spinach stuffed mushrooms. Not only they looked absolutely tempting but we're good in taste too. My personal favourite would be the spinach stuffed mushrooms. Full marks on presentation though. Then we tried their sabzi jalfrezi along with some butter roti. It had a perfect amalgamation of spices and tasted really good. We ended our meal with some fruit salads with icecream. It was too good. Dry fruits sprinkled on top truly enhanced it's taste. Would definitely love to come again with family here to try out more dishes here.

I used be very regular to this place and used to love a lot of dishes they served. Filter coffee was also one of the best. However, with a lot of hotels around serving tasty food, this place has lost its charm. Food we ordered was just average. Coffee was also not super great.

I really like the dine in experience at this place as it gives us food in real value for money and it suits the veg and nonveg crowd equally. I tried kurkuri kebabs which were like desi spring roll, the peas and cheese koftas were just adorable and we'll presented. They were crispy from outside and soft from inside. For soup I has the cream of mushroom soup with was fairly good. The ragi dosa had the right crisp and the tandoori paneer was the star of the show, best tasting dish . The paneer satay was also too good. Check the pictures out.

Kakal Kai Ruchi today !! Ambience is kinda good with a pleasant and inviting feel to it in terms of interiors. They have a cute trampoline area for the kids too. It's a Pure Vegetarian restaurant serving South and North Indian dishes located in JP Nagar, opposite Big Bazaar, easily findable. They have 3 other branches at Kengeri, Akshay Nagar, Konanakunte. Coming to the food...we tried : *Fresh watermelon and Mosambi Juice *Spinach Broccoli Soup *Barbecue Paneer Tikka *Zafrani Mushroom Tikka *Spring Rolls *Crispy Corn *Grilled Garlic Paneer *Stuffed Naan, Kulcha, Rotis *Kashmiri Naan *Nargis Kofta *Veg Makhanwala *Veg Biryani *Gulab Jamun *Gudbud *Vanilla Ice cream *Pistachio Icecream *Strawberry Icecream Initiating with soups, Spinach Broccoli Soup had a spicy twist to it. The mildly spice and chunks of broccoli and zucchini in soup made it stand out of all dishes. Each and every Starter tasted superb especially Zafrani Mushroom Tikka and Grilled Garlic Paneer were absolutely lip snacking...a MUST try. Breads were upto the mark with softness in texture. Both the curries were pleasing to the palate. Veg Biryani was packed with burst of flavours. We ended the meal with desserts which were damn good. Every item is a level apart in terms of taste, quality of ingredients and presentation. They have a huge menu of chaats to starters to mains and good fusion dishes too. The service is good and the staff are really friendly especially Mr. Khan was very Cooperative and will recommend you the best on the menu. On the whole it was an awesome food experience. A must try for all vegetarian foodies...... Planning to visit again for sure.....

Had lunch here , ordered the VegThali, it was fresh and food was hot. The service was good, it could be a little faster but it’s fine. They have a stand and eat and self service place in the ground floor. The first floor is the service hall area. The food was tasty and the typical Thali consist of one Curry, rasam, sambar, curd, sweet, one gravy dish , 3 pooris and one lil bowl of rice. If you need more pooris, do order upfront so it will arrive in 5 mins. Overall a clean place , the decor is good and the maintenance is good. Do enjoy your food there and don’t forget to ??this review.
